I provide this high yield opportunity…I give my lenders a minimum guaranteed 7% return on their investment.

If for some reason I ever would fail to repay the loan, which of course I won’t, you have the value of the property to reclaim your funds!

- I send you information on my “deals” which are extremely detailed and fully analysed with all pertinent financial info etc, so you can make a decision or at least see where your money is being invested.
- Don’t forget it’s a 10% return for you GUARANTEED! I am just showing you where you funds will be invested.
- You review and then provide funds are forwarded to be held in escrow.
- Money must be wired to a non-interest bearing escrow account 1 to 2 days before closing which will be handled through our attorneys.
I only send information on deals to people who wish to be on my PRIVATE LENDERS/INVESTORS list and have stated an amount they want to bring to a deal that will cover the acquisition cost.
