Our company provides attractive real estate investments in North America; primarily in carefully selected and researched areas of the USA.
We are a full service asset management company based out of Lincoln United Kingdom and Orlando, Florida.
We are looking for accredited investors to invest in these opportunities and receive full title of the property. The acquisition value/minimum investment will be from £30,000 - £2 million.
The returns are dependant on property type and location, but typically range from 7 – 30% per annum. In addition to this, a potential capital gain of 50% in 5-7 years is envisaged.
This investment is solid, proven and provides exceptional value especially due to the current economic climate. We have a very attractive model in place.
This presents the investor a hassle free and passive investment opportunity with an expert management team in place that receives compensation on performance.
Our programme was created to give real estate investors access to foreclosed and similar properties for pennies on the dollar without having to come up with the millions it typically takes to buy REOs in bulk.
Our team has identified specific communities across the USA with a focus on metropolitan areas with strong rental markets, low unemployment, and solid fundamentals. Once we select an area, we build a team of agents, contractors and property managers to support all aspects of the investments.
We offer very attractive investments strategies as well as several proven exit strategies.
Single family homes, multi-family units and commercial properties are acquired by us directly from private sellers, banks and their asset servicing companies based on a strict criteria and its cash flow potential.
Investors acquire properties from and through our company and will contract with our management company to manage the homes using a proven model. Investors contract with us to manage their REO purchases, which makes the investment relatively passive.
Our experience, expertise and infrastructure required to manage these assets in multiple states provides for a hassle free investment strategy while the investor retains control over the investment.
For a pool of assets managed by us, this model conservatively yields returns previously stated. This is assuming a medium to long term hold and does not represent the significantly larger capital gains (typically 50%) that are realized if the ability to exit the model in the medium to long term exists.
In order to meet our corporate goals, we require 50-100 credible investors and hope close 150-200 transactions a year. In addition to already having an experienced real estate team in place and an ever growing network of partners, we have a solid infrastructure in place which allows us to offer additional value add services.
