I have been asked to develop this site by associates and property investors that I have helped over the past 2 years or so.
I know I am not the only Brit out here doing this but I would be very surprised if anyone else outside the USA has taken the last two years to develop a property investment network like mine.
I have Real Estate Agents (in several states), independent bird-doggers, property/deal finders, contractors, real estate management companies, appraisers, tax professionals and accountants in my property investment network.
I am sent at least fifty BMV (Below Market Value) & positive cash flow investment deals a month!
It is not my intention to court controversy or teach people how to suck eggs, neither am I claiming to hold the next big secret in real estate investing!
There are no secrets! Trust me!
I am doing something that I enjoy, it works and is generating me the potential to retire happy, healthy & hopefully… wealthy!
In addition, I not here to promote myself as "the next big thing" or some wonderful online course that you can download for limited period for only $59.95 etc etc, however you never know what the future might bring ..
I don't even want to debate with so called gurus, mentors, investors or anyone else who thinks I am talking rubbish! If you want to debate the toss or argue etc, then join a discussion group or something!
I am simply here to help myself and fellow investors take advantage of a great opportunity!

Ask yourself this one question and try to be honest with yourself…
With all that I have read and seen on the TV about recession, credit crunch, banking bailouts and pensions over the past couple of years, coupled with the fact that we are all living longer, add to this the increase in population and ever growing burden on the current social security system, will my company and/or a government pension be enough to provide me and my family with the financial secuirty and retirement we deserve?
